- Do I need to do anything in the app?
- No. The app checks your plan every time it opens. Once your payment is verified, Premium is simply there — and any paused caregivers come back.
- What if I pay while I'm already Premium?
- The new period is added on top of your current end date. Nothing is lost.
- What happens when Premium ends?
- Nothing is deleted. Caregivers and patients beyond the free limit are paused until you renew.
